Get Thee to the Greek

Don't live a stone's throw from half a dozen greek joints where you can get a tasty, authentic gyro?

I feel sorry for you.

BUT...Fugs1 (aka Bill Mangini) is here for the rescue!

Well, not here...over there.  With a recipe for homemade gyro sandwiches.  Including a recipe for the Tzatziki sauce that goes with it.  Yum!

Check it!

I bet a homemade gyro would be great. We have a chain of places here called Mad Greek that make a great gyro. Especially with that white sauce they put on it. Yum!

I'll bet that sandwich is a nice shade of "Alton Brown" when it comes back out, too.

HAHHAA at Slyde.

I was going to say "that looks good" but now I feel weird.

Sybil - Fugs is Bill, Bill is Fugs.

Marty - It does sound tempting to make, but I'm lazy and there is a great Greek joint just minutes away.

Heff - bespectacled with thinning hair? (I don't get it)

Zibbs - Don't encourage him. He'll come to your house and eat all your chips.

there is one gyro place that has tasty 'gryo light' with ckn instead of lamb. which is weird but tasty all the same.
