In the meantime, French painter Joseph Ducreux may be dead for these long 200 years. But the brother was a pimp, as evidenced by one of his self-portraits.
He's got it all. The pimp hat, pimp cane, the attitude, the clothes...Ducreux was styling. And he is the newest darling of the Internet Meme scene.

The man is plainly fit to be tied - see his earlier self-portrait on Wikipedia. By the way would you have married Marie-Antoinette on the basis of his portrait of her? I'm thinking about that one...
Wabbit - His self-portraits were whimsical, to say the very least. What's amazing about that portrait of MA is that she was only 14 or 15 at the time it was painted. She looks sooo much older. And if you go to her Wiki page you will see that she looks like an old lady in just about all of her portraits even though she she died at the relatively young age of 38. All of kids of royalty were fucked up by their parents fucking their first cousins and the like.
