Hmmm, while the concept is somewhat interesting, reading through your answers made me realize that musical tastes vary so much, and popular culture has become so diverse, that my responses would be meaningless. Mostly individual tracks from cinema sountracks and stuff from the 70s and 80s along with a bunch of trance. Hardly things I think most folks would recoqnize.
Of the songs that you quoted, I only know one, which is Time Loves a Hero by Little Feet (gawd I loved that band).

I reckon all Jimmy Buffet woulda been pretty entertaining. Someone who writes songs like "we are the people our parents warned us about" and "why don't we get drunk and screw" is just made for these memes. Otherwise, great list!
