2. I watched Dinner for Schmucks last night. It was supremely awful, and not in a good way. But it reminded me that my favorite Beatles song is "The Fool on the Hill". I mean, not by just a little either. Total home run. I really, really love that song. And I haven't listened to it in forever, so thanks crappy movie!
3. Don't forget to tune in Sunday night at 9PM EST to Just Talking to the Cornfield. I'll hate you forever if you don't show. Seriously.
This is what my hate face looks like. But older and grayer. |
Note: No idea who that is in the image. Came from a random pro-Christian website, believe it or not. I choose not to give them a link. Deal with it.

Wasn't Dinner For Schmucks just awful? I like most of the people o9n that movie, and it was like their comedy life force was dragged out of them before they started filming. Very disappointing.
I thought the picture was Vincent D'Onofrio in Full Metal Jacket, but the eyebrows are the wrong color. Then it hit me. It's Thomas F. Wilson (Biff) from "Back to the Future".
Didn't see "Dinner for Schmucks", but I love the original "Le dîner de cons". Vive la France! ;-P
When you wrote that your face was was "older and grayer", that was actually a typo.
You need to delete the "r"
Paticus - It was tuhrrable, as Charles Barkley would say. Even Zach G fell flat on his face.
LeSombre - Vive la France, indeed. And I think he kind of looks like that wrestler, Kane. Truly sad on my part.
Slyde - only for you, snookums.
I dunno, I don't think that's Biff Tannen...
Love the Faith No More/Boo Ya Tribe song from that soundtrack, it's on my iPod now for running with. And even though I adore Pearl Jam, their entry (with Cypress Hill if I remember right) was disappointing - I can't even remember it now!
badger - Yeah, it was called Real Thing and it was one of the weaker tracks on the album. I blame Pearl Jam. Cypress Hill was on two of the tracks. They did I Love You Maryjane with Sonic Youth...and that was fantastic.
Fantastical album - I think I'll be listening to that in about 10 seconds. Thanks, Earl!
Sybil - No problem. Turns out a lot of people I know loved that album.
