First time I've done this, but I deleted yesterday's post about the gentlemen who was caught after robbing a number of banks in my area.
I received an anonymous comment from someone asking for prayer and compassion for the man's family. It was clear to me that this anonymous commenter may also know the man and his family.
Upon re-reading the story, I realized that some of my comments may have been insensitive and I apologize for that. Of course it's not a funny story, even if it came across that way. It's a tragedy, especially for the man's family.
I don't want this blog to be any more than what it originally started out as. A place for me to occasionally spill my overloaded brain onto a web-page. Mostly for my amusement. Certainly never at the expense of someone more unfortunate than I.
I'm going to get back to posting about positive things right away. Right after I call Spike Lee a douchebag in tomorrow's post. - Earl

Wow - It looks different over here. I feel like I'm being watched. You didn't have to dress the place up just for me, though! LOL
So it appears you do have a heart after all, Tin Man! LOL. That was awful nice of you to take the post down. I totally respect that. Now I feel guilty though and hope my comment on that post wasn't too harsh. I can't even remember what I said. I don't think it was bad though. I'm usually kind of nice unless provoked. ;)
Teeni - I'm just playin' around with the template until I find the background image that I want. ;) And no...I don't think you said anything bad.
Fantastic!!!
I got excited by the title.
Don’t I know how you feel!!
I like this post. Nothing wrong with dumping a post and being honest about it.
kamasutra - Welcome! And thanks.
ajooja - I know you've had to do the same thing, so thanks.
I don't understand - the guy robbed banks and got caught, but he wasn't hurt or anything, right?
Avi - I mean a tragedy for his family...supposedly really nice people who had no idea what he was doing. He got caught and he will do his time.
You're nicer than I am.
RW - yeah, but not nearly as handsome.
I just wanted to thank you for taking the negative comments down. That shows a lot of integrity on your part. I'm the "anonymous" person you referenced asking for prayer for the family. I am close friends with one of Tom Kenney's siblings. As you can tell by the comments from others who know the family, this is a case of someone who had a wonderful upbringing, but unfortunately made some really bad choices. He will now have to reap what he sowed, but the real tragedy is the suffering his family is going through. Again, thanks for your kindness.
Anon - No problem...'twas the right thing to do. Thanks for stopping by.
