I can't believe I missed this!

Back on Monday, it seems that a fairly large meteor burned through the atmosphere and was visible during mid-day in my area as a large fireball in this sky.  It's estimated that the rock weighed in excess of several tons, and that it probably burned up in the atmosphere or splashed down in the ocean off of Long Island or New Jersey.

Seriously...I miss all the coolest shit!

And one more thing.  Isn't this how it all started in Cloverfield?  Hmmm?

I'm getting my camcorder ready.  SEQUEL!!!

if this was cloverfield, you'd be the annoying guy who never puts the camera down.

Slyde - If this were Cloverfield, I'd be the guy running AWAY from the monster. Not toward it.

That is awesome!
I would've missed it, too. I always do.
Sad face.

Sybil - We need science to figure out a way to predict this shit better. What if it didn't bust up in the atmosphere and landed somewhere in NYC instead? Would've been a huge tragedy!

You know, I'm starting to get upset by this kind of news. I mean, should I take out a bunch of loans and go to Vegas like that guy in Armageddon (was it Steve Buscemi?).

Faiqa - yes, you should. And yes, it was Buscemi. Or just go to Atlanta and the Clermont. ;)
