PBR

So Downtown Guy inspired me tonight. A little poor boy revolution. Not for anything really impressive. Well, in certain folk's minds. He inspired me to drink a bunch of Pabst Blue Ribbons is all.

I can barely type, but I am sober enough to say....WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

And enjoy! - Earl

I don't like beer as much as I like wine... but I have to admit that pabst isn't all that bad.

Ookami - Pabst was pretty big at a lot of college campuses. Good, cheap (emphasis on the latter) beer.

I always recalled PBR foundly from my time in the midwest. It was considered that cheap middle of the road beer that always tasted pretty good. I never see it that much out here in the west though.

PBR has a special place in my heart... because that was all we had for "critical incident debriefing" in a dry county in Texas.

Is it possibly the last true American Beer once Budweiser gets sold?

I just had to kick it over to Youtube and check out that old classic Johnny Russell tune after reading your post. Here it is if you get the urge.

WR - Mmmm...hobgoblins sounds sweet!

Dawg - Well, not the last but the biggest brewer. Even though they outsource to Miller. A South African owned company.

Evyl - that was pretty cool. So not so evil, eh? Thanks! ;)
